Our refund policy depend on the Rateplan chosen. We have 2 categories of rateplan.
Non-refundable rate plans. When paid, no refund can be issued.
Refundable rateplan. 50% of the total amount refunded if cancelled 1week before checkin date. 25% of amount refunded if cancelled 48hrs before checkin date. No refund after this period.
All refunds can either be by cash or by voucher strictly at Hotels management discretion.
